Additionally, we are only eight minutes from Penn Station, nine walking minutes from the Javits Conference Center and a mere five minutes from Times Square, with the Lincoln Tunnel just two blocks away. Nestled in the heart of the Garment District, our studio is surrounded by prominent fashion labels within a few blocks radius.

Your set up time and breakdown time must be within your rental time.

Yes, we have a 2GB internet service line in all of our studios.

Yes, however, you must use the freight elevator for any large items like equipment, furniture, any carts, hand trucks, racks and if you have boxes to carry.

From Mo-Fri 8:00AM to 5:30PM and on Saturdays from 8:00AM to 12:30PM, no service on Sundays

Overtime freight elevator hours are available in the morning starting at 6:00AM to 8:00AM and from 5:30PM to 10:00PM and on Sundays.

The freight elevator hours cost $75/hr and there is a $75 minimum charge

The freight elevator access door is at 308 West 39th Street (NOT on 38th St) between the restaurant and the parking garage, there is a 100’ long hallway and at the very end is the freight elevator.

Yes, however, there is usually nobody at the studio to receive any packages or the space is rented, so you need to get your deliveries during your rental time when you are there.

We do offer a delivery receiving service for $200 where you can give us a 4-hour delivery window and we will be there to receive your packages and store them for you over night. Additional waiting time is $50/hr.

Yes, we have up to 10 clothing racks you can rent from us for $25 per rack and rental. This includes delivery and assembly of the rack

There is free street parking during the week any time after 7:00PM and all day on Sunday. Otherwise only commercial vehicles can park during the day. There are many parking garages available within a one block radius. Use the “Best Parking” app to get the lowest rates.

Yes, you can bring your own food and beverages and catering deliveries.

Yes, however, but for a private party we require that everyone is at least 25 years old, party rates do apply as well as party setup and cleanup.

No, absolutely not, the only exception is to use masking tape (painter’s tape) that will not damage the paint on the walls.

Do not hang anything on the sprinkler pipes.

The only thing we request is that you collect all your trash and put it into the trash bags we provide. Please no liquids in the trash and leave the bags in the space.

Yes, we do offer 20% discounts on any additional studio space rentals.

Yes, when you first arrive our team will help you setting up your equipment and explaining everything. If you require assistance during the entire rental time we can offer an onsite or in the building on call assistance for $50/hr who can help you loading stuff in and out and coordinate with you with all your needs.

Yes, as long as you clarify in advance what kind of set up you like we will set up the chairs and tables the way you requested them before your rental starts.

Yes, if you booked the studio exclusive with us but that requires that you book the studio for at least 10 hours per day or an overnight storage fee applies.
