If you need breakout rooms, you can easily add the variously sized adjacent conference rooms (Studios 1403-A, 1403-B, 1403-C, 1403-E and 1418) to your rental.

Party Guidelines:
Trash bags are provided, and we ask that renters dispose of all liquids in the sink and gather all trash at the end of the event. Please leave filled trash bags just inside the studio door. To maintain the quality of our space, confetti and glitter are not allowed; a $250 cleaning fee will be applied if used. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. For private parties involving alcohol, the renter must be at least 25 years old.
