We offer a full range of support services and equipment rentals to help you have a successful event.
Event Concierge Service
For clients who need help moving into and out of the building. The Concierge can also help you with your set up, technical issues, deliveries during the event and cleaning up during your event. This service is mandatory for large film productions.
Shipping Support Service
If you want to ship materials, product, equipment, or furniture to the studio before your event, we can receive your items and store them for you and will also make sure they are placed in your booked studio before your event starts. This service is also available for pick-ups after your event is over.
Freight Elevator Service
Regular freight elevator hours are from 8:00am–5:30pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00am–12:30pm on Saturdays.
There are no regular freight elevator hours on Sundays. However, we do offer freight elevator service outside of regular freight elevator hours for extra fees. There is absolutely no freight elevator service available from Mo-Fri from 10:45PM to 6:00AM and from 9:45PM to 8:00AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Doorman Service
Overnight Storage Service
Price depends on the amount of material to be stored and time frame needed to store it.
Furniture Removal & Storage Service
Available if a partially or complete empty space is needed.
Beverage Service
Event Photography Service
This can be event coverage, head shot sessions, group portraits, a photo booth, or any combination of these services.
Event Video Service
Video Conference Equipment rentals
Multi Camera Video Streaming Service
Available via (3) PTZ robotic motion controlled and ceiling mounted cameras and control system. We can also record and edit your event film, or raw footage and sound recordings can be provided on a hard drive so footage can be edited by an outside service.
Photo and Video Lighting Equipment rental
We have (4) Westcott FJ400 strobes (battery/AC powered) with trigger and control system, reflectors, and reflector grids. Also available are several softbox modifiers, including a 32” beauty dish dome with grid, 1’x5’ strip boxes with grids, 7’ umbrellas, 7’ and 5’ octagon softbox, 3’x2’ softbox with grid. We also have up to (4) 1’x2’ video dimmable daylight balanced lighting panels similar to the Cine Flex system by Westcott.
Specialty production equipment rentals
Other specialty equipment available includes: a motorized turntable (for up to a 800lb load) which is often used for fashion photo and video shoots, professional steamer, over 15 C-stands, sand bags, grip arms, 5-step warehouse ladder, regular 6’ and 8’ ladder, ultra-wide (12’) backdrop paper system, seamless paper in white, gray and black, several artistic backdrop muslins, 20’x10’ green screen muslin, 9’ backdrop system with crossbar, up to 4 large V-flats, large silver reflector panel, mannequin for test shoots, wind blow machine, fog machine, assortment of posing (apple) boxes.
